Functions of the Web Applications
In the future, almost all functions of the CAQ.Net application will also be available in WebCAQ.Net. Even now, a comprehensive range of functions is already available in the web application, to which you can control access (reading or editing) via rights management.
- Process Management – Process.NetSearch, read and acknowledge processes, read and edit process and workflow actions, create workflows, start workflow wizards
- Document Management – QBD.NetSearch, read, acknowledge, check and release documents, import documents and attributes via wizard
- Training Management – Qualify.NetTraining overview, booking & evaluation, conducting e-learning, answering test evaluations, confirming effectiveness, confirming training participation, viewing skills matrix
- Audit Management – QAM.NetView and record audits, print audit reports
- Complaint Management – REM.NetView, create and edit deviations with actions, errors and root causes and send them via e-mail, record deviations via wizard, print documents, such as 8D reports
- Change Control – Change.NetView, edit, copy, create & send changes, change actions and steps, origin and attributes; start change wizard, create and use templates
- Maintenance Management – PMS.NetProcess task lists, create tasks, such as maintenance or incidents and more using the task wizard
- Gauge Management – PMM.NetLend, return or reserve inspection equipment, change status and display relevant information
- Quality Inspection – Compact.NetView inspection orders with relevant information and record inspection data directly, display inspection control stations on machines and inspection stations, including the current status
- Initial Sample Inspection – EMP.NetView and edit initial sample inspections directly or via the views "customers", "suppliers", "due dates" and "for resubmission"
- Control Stations & EvaluationsDisplay module-specific (individual modules), cross-module (QReports.Net) and control stations (Success.Net) via the web application and execute list evaluations
- Tasks & Actions – JobControl.NetEdit and create tasks and actions
