Updates & Upgrades
Due to the continuous development of the IT world, changes in standards and regulations, and not least thanks to the many enquiries, wishes, and suggestions that are made by our customers, we are able to continuously develop our software further and perfect its usability and scope of function. We pass on these improvements and enhancements directly to all our customers in shape of regular updates and upgrades.
All releases along with complete release changes are also made available to our customers completely free of any additional charge. Thanks to the architecture of our software, our customers can conveniently download and install new releases and updates all by themselves and do not require any additional services.

Our software products always focus on the user. This also applies to the corresponding technical documentation. Apart from our comprehensive handbooks, which provide information on every detail of our software, we also provide our customers with access to regularly updated screencasts. These give you and your employees the opportunity to learn the individual functions of our software by means of short instruction videos.
We not only take care that your software’s technical parameters are always up-to-date and fully functional, but also that your employees who use the software on a daily basis, are perfectly trained. Our workshops teach you how to expertly apply our modules in your daily work environment. They furthermore convey information regarding what’s new in the CAQ.Net software and show you how to use new software functions in a practice-oriented manner.
You as customer are therefore entitled to free attendance of CAQ software user workshops executed by GFQ Akademie GmbH, as up to 25% (On-Premises) or 8% (SaaS) of the annual maintenance fee is 100% credited towards the course fees for all CAQ user workshops.
