The year 2025 was once again all about digitalization. That digitalization itself is nothing without the people behind it, becomes most evident in our customers, who achieve great things every day with our software solutions. We would like to express our gratitude for the trust that is placed in us and our products.

Quality Excellence Awards 2025
Our Quality Excellence Award is presented to a select group of companies that fully recognize the importance of quality and place great value on overall matters of quality management and quality assurance. We would like to honor these companies for their consistent pursuit of quality, their comprehensive implementation of the continuous improvement process and their exemplary usage of our CAQ.Net software solutions.
This year, we were honoured to present our award to 16 companies out of our more than 1,200 customers that have demonstrated an outstanding understanding of quality, command exemplary CAQ systems, and integrate the relevance of CAQ and quality management into their company-wide communication.
CAQ AG Wins Grand Prize at German Mittelstand Awards
In a festive atmosphere at the gala evening in Düsseldorf on September 27, 2025, we were presented with the “Große Preis des Mittelstandes “, the Grand Prize for Mittelstand (SME) Businesses in Germany. We have been nominated a total of eight times since 2003, have made it onto the jury list five times since 2020, were finalists once (2022) ... and now we have won it – the Grand Prize.
This year, 4,208 companies across Germany were nominated, and we are very happy that our company was able to make it to the top.
Internationally Established
CAQ AG now has more than 1,300 customers in over 40 countries. In order to meet the increased international interest in our products and services, we have therefore also significantly expanded our international partner network of consultants and sales teams in a wide range of countries this year.
In the area of consulting, for example, our partner Lean MC in Graz, Austria, has been providing certified services since 2024. Our partner CAQ Inc. in Denver, Colorado, has also been successfully serving customers and prospects in the US with consulting and other certified services since this year. At the same time, our range of webinars is being expanded to include additional specialist webinars and events in English.
